Are you using a the defaul fonts on your document? Take y'all tried creating a new document with less contents and then upload it on the website?

Thanks for your response, and so I have attached the screenshot of how my word certificate looks once it has been sent/downloaded/uploaded.. pregnant i can't really upload the file because its a mess.

I saved it in both formats, Physician x and PDF but I'm however encountering the same problem. When i save the document it appears to be normal merely this changes once i ship and upload etc.

Can you confirm on where are you uploading the said file? Is it in SharePoint or OneDrive for Business site?

I can encounter from your screenshot that you have uploaded your file to Google Docs.

Google Docs is a lightweight word processor. Your document contains more than unproblematic formatted text. It goes beyond what Google Docs is capable of rendering successfully.

You can attempt Word Online at Role.com and encounter if the web version of Word can display your content.

If neither displays properly, then y'all have stitch confronting a limitation of cloud computing. Cloud applications have express capabilities that don't friction match desktop application capabilities.
